You can get different variety.....Nice place....
super
Excellent,
Hello, I have always bought my bits and pieces in this store which is very useful, but on the other hand the cashier was very unpleasant and rude, no thank you or goodbye or smile, she should have training in how to be with the customers and learn to be friendly and make the customer want to come back.
Otherwise the store is great.
Not: I went to checkout at 12:53 p.m. for the store manager
Small store but I usually find what I'm looking for there. Unlike large DIY stores here, the staff is very accessible and does not hide. They are very good advice for DIY beginners like me. Little before/after made thanks to their advice
I went to the checkout with a person of a certain age, a cashier after several attempts at the contactless machine not taking, I asked her if there was a problem, she replied curtly that she had no problem in the morning and that I am aggressive towards her, because I asked her if the credit card machine that worked the cashiers should be serving customers. Especially since they don't know what customers are going through. When you work with people, you have to respect your customers, especially since I didn't insult them. I wasn't aggressive. I just asked if the credit card machine worked, very disappointed with the welcome.
Unacceptable return policy, only one month whereas elsewhere it is 6 months knowing that I wanted to bring back items in their packaging (value of 17 euros even though I spent a lot in this store) with receipt and loyalty card but they didn't want to know. You have just lost a customer.
very good store overall, attractive price, however it is easy to get lost in the store. the cashiers remain quite friendly despite some with whom we have the impression of having a disagreement or that we owe them money personally :') otherwise remains clean and easy to access
How rude on the part of this bricomarché employee...always the same...unpleasant and unhelpful...last week I bought 10 bags of wood pellets and a young employee placed the bags in the vehicle at the store level. deliveries...same day order but not really the same answer..."you just have to take a shopping cart..it's the person who takes care of the swimming pool department who offered to help me..a lovely employee. ..him..he turned on his heel and left...well done sir..you've been in this store for years..I wonder how you managed to keep your job...!! !in short.. I also turned on my heels..and I went to buy my granules elsewhere.!!!
